Sthlm, 2012: Enter the courtyard
One shot from todays walk with my friend Jon. I can´t make up my mind if the pair of faces to the lower left helps or ruin the image, but since they popped up in when I shot it they will have to stay.
What´s your take?
I like the faces, they mirror the two windows at the top nicely. Adds to the image, but doesn’t distract too much from the main subject. Very cool shot!

I like the other two – they have the same mysterious look – what are they thinking? – as the main subject. I don’t know if they know each other – but they seem to be caught in the same situation.

I agree completely, Bill. It would have been a completely different image without the heads. I have made up my mind in that they are a positive addition to the composition. After all – it is the random stuff in the for- or background that gives the images a feeling of snap shots.
