Sthlm, 2013: Smoke 1
I spent a couple of hours embedded with the fans of Hammarby (Bajen) IK football club yesterday. I´m no huge fan of football my self, but the phenomena with huge crows of people gathering to march together to the football arena is quite something. Thousands of fans, and quite a few lifted the spirit with smoke. And beer, I noticed :)
Since it was broad daylight with a clear blue sky I tried to shot with the sun in front of me as much as possible. I figured that the thick smoke would come out pretty nice while being lit from behind by the sun.
And for the gear heads: All images shot with a Fujifilm X-Pro1 and 18mm f2.0 on manual mode. No automatic meter in the world would meter this kind of light conditions correctly. Or at least not like I wanted.

Your second photo ‘smoke 2’ is just stunning. I really like the yellow ‘cloud’ within the greenish smoke. Were you still able to breath?
