Sthlm, 2010: Comfort II
I have been rebuilding my image library this weekend, splitting it up in smaller chunks. A real chore, but one positive side of it is that I get to revisit old shots, including second takes and stuff that never made it through my selection process. More often than not, those images should stay in the closet, but sometimes I do think I find stuff that I missed out earlier. Or actually, I think my selection criteria changes on a daily basis, depending on what mood I´m in when I see the photo.

Anyway – I discovered some image taken within minutes before and after the image Comfort that I kind of like. Re-editing my older images in Topaz Black and white Magic is something I do regularly to learn the software and to try out different styles. This time I went for a much more contrast and gritty feeling than I originally did for Comfort.
Dark and gritty – that´s the mood of today. Hope you like them!

* Patricia is the name of a night club in Stockholm. It´s actually a large boat and during summer you can watch the sun rise from the upper deck were I took these photos.
