Took the X-Pro1 with the Fujinon 18mm for another test drive today in a very nice weather. I haven´t had it for a full week yet, but it already feels quite intuitive to shoot with it. Not perfectly lean yet, but I´m sure that is a matter of time.
The young boy playing the piano above was truly amazing – I don´t think many passed by without stop and listening for a while. I did to, as I was trying to catch the girls god looking profile when she suddenly turned around. (Snap!).
later, I visited the photographic museum, Fotografiska, and checked out Christer Strömholms great exhibition. One nice touch was that the exhibition had included some raw images with Christers instructions to his copyist. Very entertaining, and also a valuable insight in how rigorous Christer was with the final output. And by the way: Christer Strömholm had no problem cropping his images. :)
Bonus image! The two tiny dogs swept pass me and I started to trail them to get a shot of them together with their master. For the second time today, the subject suddenly turned around and faced me. (And I snapped again).
(All images are jpg straight out of the camera, but resized to fit the blog).
Thanks for watching!
